I don’t think I have a Full Load

A full load depends on the type of vehicle needed to transport it. It could be 1 pallet with a ute or 22 pallets on a semi-trailer. All you need to do is let us know the amount of freight that needs to be transported, and we can organise the appropriate sized truck.

Do I need to wait to have a Full Load before booking?

No, you don’t. But there are a couple of advantages to having your freight transported as a Full Load service:

• Your delivery will be a direct drive from pick-up address to delivery address, saving you time in transit
• Your freight will not be transhipped in a depot: the truck that picks up the goods will be delivering the goods. Less handling is always preferred.
• It’s easier to accommodate urgent deliveries and meet specific time frames using our HOT SHOT service
